Individual coaching
Coaching helps you achieve your long-term goals.
This is a long-term relationship where the regularity of meetings is agreed in advance.
We work together for 2-11 months, depending on the goal and need.
Meetings are virtual or In Viljandi, Estonia.
Group coaching
Group coaching is a form of coaching where different people, who have a similar goal, meet.
Group members support, inspire, and learn from each other.
Individual coaching

We will agree on common goals between the company and the employee and get started.
This is about long-term partnerships, where the duration of regular meetings is agreed upon as needed, with a minimum of 3 months.

Training is accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF) pool.
Continuous learning is an important part of my professional development. I stay up-to-date with industry news, literature, and new tools. I participate in professional training courses and seminars to offer clients the best solution-focused coaching.

I have lived abroad and have experience as a career specialist (both career information and counselling) from both Denmark and Estonia. I have Career specialist, level 7 Occupational Qualification Certificate (EQF).
Working with people is my passion, and I feel I am truly making a difference when I can help someone get closer to their dreams and goals.
I work freely in both Estonian and English.
I am by International Coaching Federation ICF and Global and Estonia member. I am also Estonian Career Counsellors Association member.
